Pre-order items ship within the estimated release window shown on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Domestic (Philippines): Standard shipping via LBC or J&T Express. Estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International: Shipped via DHL Express or EMS. Estimated 7–14 business days depending on destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

All figures are double-boxed with foam inserts to ensure safe transit. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

Every Yugenlabs figure comes with a unique serial code and a digital Certificate of Authenticity (COA). Each unit is individually numbered within its edition run.

How to verify: Find your serial code in your order confirmation email or account dashboard. Enter it on our authentication page to confirm the figure's edition number, colourway, and production date.
